The Joy of Exercise from a Young Age
We offer coaching for the youngest members of the family, starting from 4 years old up to 14-year-old children. Children’s groups are divided into 4-6 years old and 7-14 years old. The 4-6-year-olds can train 1-2 times a week, focusing on basic strength, speed, and overall fitness in a encouraging and enjoyable manner.
